Roanne Apalisok (10S10) recently competed in the Yonex New Zealand National Badminton Championships.
She came 2nd in the Women’s Singles after two close games against the first-seed Sally Fu, 18-21 and 20-22 and a straightforward defeat of the second-seed earlier in the competition.
Though Roanne is new to BDSC, she is definitely a talent to watch!
