Short-listed applicants will be required to undergo a Police Vet once every three years. Applicants for this position must have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa and a clean driver’s licence is required.

Whānau Leader

Commences Term 1, 2025

Botany Downs Secondary College is seeking a passionate and proactive Whānau Leader to lead the pastoral care of students within one of our six Whānau (House). We invite applications from current or aspiring leaders who are committed to creating a supportive ‘home away from home’ that prioritises student wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver student focused support and enhance educational outcomes. Proven experience in pastoral care or leadership of key initiatives within a school is an advantage.
